HR is completely the reason why the company will unionize in the Retail channel. HR has too much power in this company and has ruined it's ability to act in it's best interest and in the best interests of the employees. HR has a high and mighty approach and they should be embarrassed of themselves. They can be righteous but they are not right. HR's righteousness will be the downfall of the channel.

The role of HR is NOT to protect the employee, it's to protect the company.
While results are poor in both you have to hand it to HR, they portray to protect the employee but only think about the company. With IT they have to get a break simple cause the leaders are just trying to hang onto their overpaid jobs. So self preservation is human nature

HR is the invisible hand. There are not many people, but they impact more than you realize. They're political, dishonest, two-faced.
