Look for a new job instead of working overtime. That will pay off much better than applying those hours to Honeywell.

It seems the RIFs have now been out paced by mass resignations. Many are will be spreading their wings after the first of the year and flying out of The Honey Pit. It is a shame our best talent is leaving first. Good for them, I am happy and envious! Sad part is no one for 100 miles will come here due to the reputation formed. How long can this de-railed circus continue!?
