It's clear at this point that every non-Kenmore vendor has given up on Sears, and nothing is ordered unless prepaid. Nothing is in inventory, and everything has delivery dates of roughly forever and a day (to be cancelled the day before when discovered not in stock). There is no money and no credit to run any semblance of a retail operation. Why isn't Eddie personally providing the means for members to get their appliances in a reasonable time window? He's certain to get that money back if he'd intend Sears to continue as an operation that sells goods at a profit. Either he can't lend the money or he won't. Either way, Sears has no money, and it's driving members away forever, one horrible post-sale experience at a time.
Sadly, now that the Whirlpools and Samsungs of the world are starting to provide factory direct delivery and repair services to retail customers in no small part thanks to Eddie's c-aptastic disintegration of Sears and the way he screwed customers and vendors alike, this is actually faster than Sears having inventory itself. It also means that going forward, Innovel/A&E and friends no longer have any reason to exist.
