Any REAL info on upcoming changes for 2020? Already heard one front end Mgr position will be gone... anything else on departments or associate positions???

Company is not promoting the right associates into management. Need seasoned associates as managers not the young ones.
Wearing masks should be optional. Accountability is a joke. Turn attendance guidelines back on. Management showing favoritism should not be tolerated. If you are not in management little group they have no use for you. Great workers are being discriminated against.
For those saying $15 per hour store wide...where are you getting your info from? They made it clear they wanted the fresh positions all making more money than the floor/front end. Dont get me wrong, I would LOVE it to be trur..but it doesn't appear to be anything but rumors.

There's a couple managers they could do away with at our club and I doubt anyone would notice.
Anyone who received a raise this year from their position increasing, (cos,Leads, fresh, fork lift..) will NOT get the annual 2% raise in February
all associates will maintain their current positions.....bent over holding on to their ankles !!
