No, it was your poor quality work, and made-up afflictions, which created a hostile environment, that led to your “situation”.
Worked in that group for a year before leaving for greener pastures. Brutal environment in that group. Leadership is horrible and inexperienced. I remember having 5+ hours design reviews every single week where managers would just attack designers. There’s a reason 90% of the team are junior Asian designers. Oh and they hate women.
Maybe it’s because their user experience is the worst
