Are these layoffs company-wide or specific to some departments? Nothing is happening here, so I'm hoping we are safe, but you never know...

There is potential for consolidation and layoffs everywhere. They are looking everywhere to clawback monies from every area and ask all dept heads. They get a total in mind every year. Advice to all is update resume and keep looking to improve your career.
Are nursing jobs/case managers being let go as well?
If so, from what areas/teams?
More lay offs coming I hear. Just cutting US state side people. Hiring more Philippines people.
