Recalls is a norm at Ford. There are hundreds of defects that the public does not know. The company will continue to make bad products in order to show revenue and profits. Ford hoing t the customers will not notice and live with the problems until the warranty expired.

The furniture man seems more concerned with resource costs than resource skill and competence. I can’t imagine that the millions saved by replacing senior skilled engineers and technicians with fresh youngsters is greater than the costs of all these recalls. Not the mention future business lost because of the damage done to Ford’s reputation because of all the recalls.

Maybe when they start putting more value on engineering and technical competence, the quality and recalls will decrease.

The Furniture Man has everything under control and all is going according to plan. Don't worry, the Big Brain creates new markets with mere thought. All will be well. Ford is the worlds most trusted company after all.
