2 days before Christmas unannounced. Store looks like it hasn’t been faced for a week. Floor hasn’t been vacuumed. About 25k in for the day. He tells me I need to get back to the basics. I just handed him my keys and walked out. F— this sh–. Let him deal with it. I’m free now!

I had a DL who went into a pharmacy on Christmas Eve to help. She stayed 6 hours and they filled about 3500 and was only open 8-6. She quit because the new RD didn’t like her and was pretty much bullying her. She was the best DL I know of and because she actually cared about her team, she paid the ultimate price.
I worked out a notice started a new job that’s not in retail and I’ve never been less stressed or happier in my life. Not getting GroupMe text messages at all hours or having my job threatened a couple of times a week because numbers aren’t where they should be or it’s a blanketed message going out to scare everyone.
My DL is suspended. He was checking out the hot pharmacist, dropped his pants and started to bait his weasel. Didn't take him long to have a moderate size release of his man juice. Milky and all over the new pharmacy rug. SM had to come clean it up and put it in a strong pak bag.
Haven't seen a DL worth much around CVS lately
25k for the day 2 days before xmas isn't the same as doing 25k a day on a regular basis.. That store is probably normally around 70k a week. Go troll somewhere else.
Something close to this happened in my district with a store manager. My current store manager says they are ready to do it multiple times
For 25k a day you should have been looking at around at least 850-900 hours this week. I was looking at 40k to 50k a day and had 1200 hours. Store looked great the whole time. Pull your sh*t together bro.
25 a day , your store should look perfect . Put 5 cashiers on registers and have 6 on the floor to keep product full and recover the store as it gets shop worn . Load product on carts for replenishment. I agree you need to get back to basics , sounds like you r a $hit manager over your head . 25 is not slot of business f00l
