Block schedule 3 to 11:30 on Christmas eve what time did you end up leaving? Hope we get out early on New year's eve.

We went in at 10:30 AM and were out by 7 PM.
Columbus Ohio north. Merchandise lead, Merchandise Manager, and one people ready associate didn't leave until 6AM because the market manager wanted seasonal as well as first feature reset in one night. Plus the dock to be empty, and the freezers spotless. Our schedules didn't change at all.
We were scheduled until 11:30 got out about an hour early.
If you have a good Manager for a closer then they will get you out at a reasonable time. Our Club moved our PM Block Merch team to 11a-7p. they were happy to go home early.
Block closers got moved from their regular shifts to 11-730
