I just ran into a gentlemen who used to be co manager for Kroger, now a manager for a department store. He moved on as he eroding was in the wall for management at Kroger! Said only dsd that will be left will be bread and highly perishable items! Even soda vendors will eventually be gone, he said this is a widely known fact!! Yes, Mondelez is going warehouse! Duh! 🙄

Merit raises take place on April 1st company wide. So something in our company begins April 1st. Maybe not the "fiscal year," but there's clearly some reason why the company waits until April 1st to give the raises, fiscal or not.

Excatly!!! Quit letting them feed you a line!! Dsd is ending. Retailers decision. Mondelez would love to keep dsd but it's not happening. Even frito lay is going warehouse in the fall of 2020. All bulk routes are going away. Only mom and pop stores will be delivered on a route truck. Mondelez is setup just like Keebler. Spring 2020 is the end of dsd for mondelez
