At Xerox remember “you the employee are our greatest a—et until we offshore your position or figure out how to automate your job”.
This was a Xerox corporate mantra back in the 1980s and earlier...
And soon everything in Guatemala will be in Manilla..........
BS, tell that to those of us that were rebadged to HCL and will soon be let go. Xerox doesn't give two c-aps about its people... They only care about cheap labor in Guatemala and Manilla.

It’s all about head count. Xerox is long past respecting the employee.
Tell that to the almost 50 core employees that were promised to be badged back to their cores from HCL, only for Xerox renege their promise and now not only deny them to badge back but have told them their job is over , what a royal FU to them, Xerox you just plain s—!!!!
