If you are not an exempt employee, what is your favorite technique of begging for time off at Fidelity?

Why are you coming to this board asking for advice? Ask your peers not those that have left the company.
Must be great working in your department. You get Christmas, Thanksgiving, any other holiday or any day any time you want. Apparently anybody just put a request in and they will get any day they want. It’s that easy, right? It is for some people. You just have to be some people. Not even sure you work for Fidelity if you think it is that easy to get a day off.
Planning for it. PTO requests for 2020 were announced in October/November.
