Any news on the Membership lead position? Has anyone received a compensation adjustment to match the other leads in the store?

50 memberships a month is about 60 grand a year, if each new member paid for a plus. That's just the membership, not the groceries purchased, because then you would have to factor in other employees: merchandisers, drivers, cashiers, carts, etc. That's not something easily done, so let go with the 60 grand. If a team lead makes a bit over 37 thousand a year, that's over half of the memberships you brought in. Seriously, in the grand scheme, that's not much.
So are you saying team leads will have to leave to get this position? Does not make sense to leave and then com back.
We dont have a membership lead anymore. Lost that position around august
That position is going away. There is now a new salary position called Membership Representative. They are not offering severance as the position will not be opened until either the membership TL or membership coordinator leaves their position.
Have not heard anything. No I have not received any compensation comparable to other leads. It amazes me that memberships are all profit but we are not treated as others. Bring in 4o to 50 memberships per month and they don’t seem to care.
