Anyone experience censorship of posts on this forum?

Every single H1B thread and complaint I've seen here was valid.
Yet, the replies that follow turn into an ugly and often racist back and forth. We all know what groups but heads in this debate.
I think there is a TOS list somewhere that says no bullying, racism, foul language, etc. So if a perfectly kosher post triggers something that's not desired I can see how a censor may be like - hmmmm 'this' gonna get outta control' - click - delete...
There is plenty of criticism of Cisco on the board, in fact, almost all posts here are criticism of Cisco - that's why you and I come back here for more...
More comments and topics deleted, censorship is alive and kicking.
Good. Otherwise, this place would be flooded with short sellers.
Say anything bad about Cisco's floundering stocks and it will get deleted.
I've described my experience with LR in detail but not provided names, even no BU. My post was deleted (because it was to detail on how Cisco will make everything to shut your mouth and get rid of you)
It can be hard to see what has been deleted because so many posts are deleted and deleted rather quickly. If only racist screeds were deleted that would be one thing, but censors delete anything negative about H1B hiring, discrimination etc. There have been many relevant civil posts that have been deleted, and you cannot see them because they are gone.
A bunch of us started checking out this site in 2016 when rumors about the big LR coming started. Some of us dodged a bullet, some of us didn’t, but we were all prepared for what’ was coming because of this site.
I’ve been checking it regularly ever since, have seen some posts disappearing but only if they contained foul language or derogatory comments towards individuals or groups (racism and such). Mods also don’t allow posting names and other personal info (can only name c-suits as they are already public figures).
Mention H1B hiring while laying off Americans and you get whacked by the censors. Biased practices endemic at Cisco are taboo. Massive censorship.
Yes any negative published articles will be removed even if they are related to employees.
Like Cisco losing lawsuits or being charged with h1b fraud or age discrimination.
Yes...but only when I’ve inadvertently included first names of current (mis-) management staff. That is more than likely the reason for a take-down in my experience...
