Are we changing insurance companies from United? I asked but don't get a ckear answer. I also got these discover benefits cards today to use for my FSA.

There’s nothing snotty about asking someone to be an adult and read through the enrollment guide or sit down and talk to pbs within the active option period. With the amount of communication that went on about open enrollment, it’s honestly your own fault. You can’t act surprised or hurt by this change when the information was readily available to you.
We switched health insurance since united health care only wanted to focus on whole foods profits and was getting sued all the time.
With the facts exposed you know where whole foods and amazon stand when it comes to team member benefits.
Go work for someone who truly cares about your health and not the bottom dollar.

Snotty or not, the poster is giving sound advice. Always read the documents, especially since (at least in my store) the PBS no longer had mandatory insurance classes for every TM. Lots of Tms figured nothing was changing (except for the deductible) as usual.

Yeah. Blue cross blue shield. It was readily available information. You should really have a better sense of ownership over your own health insurance. Waiting for your employer to track you down and tell you multiple times and hold your hand as you click accept is not good. Go ask your store pbp/pbs/astl/tl or just the nicest person in leadership in your store ASAP so they can at least point you towards documents
