Life time membership card

I sent in an application for a life time membership in Aug. worked for Sams 24 years, so after I retired in Nov. I tried to use the card wouldn't work, what's up with that?. So last week I sent another one in , maybe I should try calling home office but really don't think that would work either. Does anyone know who I could talk to at home office if I do call? Thanks

Retired 3 years ago after 28 years service, so far no problem with my card. We shop several times a year at our old Club, if a problem does come up then it will be their loss of $$ we can go elsewhere.

Mine expires 2045. It can be done..I’m 64. Pretty sure that will work. Your marketing lead can get this done.

You have to renew the membership every year, it is not a one time thing. You should have filled out paperwork before you left, you can contact them @ samsalumni@samsclub.com if you are having problems.

28 years. Left in April along with a 20 year. Both did online app, nothing happened. Had marketing gal on our side and sent many emails. They said, yes its lifetime, but the computer system can't recognize that, most is 8 years. So mine got updated to 2027 but the other lady, 2025. Well tried to use mine, said expired. Marketing sends more emails, mine now says 2025. She said by 2025 she won't be there any more to help me, and I won't fight any more .

My so called "Lifetime" membership keeps expiring and when I call home office nothing really happens. I get so frustrated that I then go back to my club and they update expiration date, because they don't get any response from home office either. What this means is that every year I have to deal with
bull sh–. If it's a lifetime why does it have an expiration date to begin with.

I had the membership lead fix mine.. I tried filling out the form on the work computer before I left.. Did no good.. She did something ...IDK what ,but it’s been good so far. I retired June 21st... I felt I had no choice. At 63 I was unable and unwilling to be a team lead over the entire club. I have no regrets.

Left after 30 years. Was given the paperwork to submit lifetime membership.
Nope! Paid off my credit card immediately and never shopped there again. Don't deserve my money.
