We are waiting for a Corporate Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to guide clinical strategy. Molina has been without one since 2017 and cannot compete in this market without the experience and leadership of a CMO. Unfortunately, Molina hired a non-clinical team of process improvement staff focused on numbers and dollars instead of hiring a CMO.
