Aggressive pip process has started in the stores, plus hiring only part- timers to replace reps that are leaving. Don't have one of those SMS walk you out the store, either get aggressive with the " nut job " customers that enter the store, the one tat walk in and know what they want show them how to do in store pickup and or aggressively job hunt and get out of this toxic environment.
