It' a new year but the same old UnitedHealth Group. The big push for 2020 will be moving call centers offshore. Expect big RIFs in the call centers this year (2020).

Any more information on the when/who?
Secure requests for offshore and onshore customer service reps have been averaging 150 to 200 minimum a week for months.
Any clue as to when/exactly with who this will all begin? There’s already many teams where those outsourced outnumber those in the states
