First thing you're trained on is what they define as "corporate culture." Integrity (keeping your commitments) compassion (empathy for others having a difficult time) Relationships (the value of). Then policies (anti harrassment , anti discrimination, pro-diversity etc. You learn, and you feel safe and are happy to be working there. It feels pretty personal when you are let go without warning considering how they define corporate culture.

My unproven theory is that Hemsley used the $150 million Culture Fest in order to target ethical workers. The HR conference on the way ought is laden with Culture Members. Find the Ethical people and Get Rid of Them. Wichmann, Hemsley, and Sir Andrew are a Real Class Act. Did you ever hear them speak? Hemsley is always nervously looking at his shoes or holding his index finger 1inch from his thumb. What is that? We don’t want to know. Hahahaha!

I agree. No life balance. Not what is really done in the UHG real world. There is another life after UHG. And a lot less stress!

It's all for show, they just want the rest of the corporate world to think that's how they are. In reality, nothing could be farther from the truth
