Yes there are a ton of mid shifts generated but at the club I work at anyway, the part-timers are mainly college students that can’t come in until 5-close!! As Dr Phil says “How’s that workin for ya?”

I really wish they would bring a 3rd shift back. This split stocking shift is a nightmare.

Some clubs have "unofficially" not been doing it, when it benefits the club. But if we have any objection, "it's always been one way". The company wants it both way for themselves. As usual.

Part timers should be working mid shifts. There’s a ton of part time mid shifts generated in the scheduler now rather they fill them is on the MGR. Majority of the shifts or 4 or 5 hours.

yes i agree with the post of a mid shift for the floor as well for the front leads ..that way there is coverage for member service and breaks ..i go in at 6am and if im by myself i normally dont get my lunch until 1 which makes it difficult to do my job because im locked out of the registers

They should have a mid block of 11-7:30 to really fill these gaps of no floor associates.

It would be fine with me if they did away with it and went back to the old system.
