I work the desk and am so tired of people coming in with someone else's card and trying to add a new person on to that membership, usually the individual who handed me the card to begin with. Or it's a girlfriend, or ex who is trying to see who's on the membership list.
With the new desk, it's impossible for me to keep these nosy people away, unless I'm obviously hiding the tablet's screen. Member's privacy is a complete joke now.
And so many people are using someone else's card, it's ridiculous. No one has to pay for a membership, just take a photo of your friend's card and go through self checkout.
What's the point home office?
