PSR. Stop moving low earning freight and keep high earning freight for a higher return on investor's dollar.
Stop complaining and go get a new job. But maybe the internal struggle of getting off your a– is too much. "they took err jobs"
After you get a new job, invest in Union Pacific stock and support the PSR. Good thing in America it's the law to run a business in the best interest of the share holders.

When u run off your customers and volume is down you don’t need as many conductors.
