Yes across all of UHC & Optum. Layoffs (Reduction in force aka RIF) will happen on Thursday, 02-06-20. Get your resumes ready! Good luck to all.

Training is a support service for the business. It would make sense that if operations are being cut in certain segments that the associated training resources may also be impacted.
Other areas of the business are still experiencing growth so training resources may be shifted or reallocated to support those areas.
Any training Dept person: I'll have to check on that and get back to you with an answer either way.

Unfortunately the training dept is about as useful as HR is

I can see the training dept having layoffs, all they do is read to us. And are never able to answer questions
