Chevron pulling their personnel out of a hot zone is the most prudent thing to do. It’s the correct thing to do. No harm or risk of hostage taking.
Based on this evenings events (Wednesday morning in Iran)... America and Iran are very likely going to war. Chevron employees are going back to the USA. Sad development for all involved; but it is likely that Iran did not fully understand the power of the American military. Politics, power, pride and opposing positions. Not a good day for anyone.
