Head of Global Business Change Office, and we have to have a lead of Global Program Management to report to him to justify the position. WTF?
More RIFs on the way to pay for these cronies.....

Has there been any more new executive hiring?
Totally agree with Post ID: @12TSoH8T-5pjp. With the hiring of BD and all his buddies and the creating of all these Senior Executive positions. and McKinsey, we have not turned this organization around except for creating mass chaos and low morale.
Hard to believe a company if this size is so disorganized. Every region does their own thing. No consistency, no standards. I bet AIG is one of the first companies to get hit with big GDPR fine due to their mismanagement.
There seems to be a correlation between when they hire an executive and when RIF's occur.
One thing AIG seems to be good at is hiring executives constantly and RIFing people constantly
And an assistant to the chief of staff, and so on.
I think they both need a “chief of staff” too...
At the same time as employees handling the work are being RIF'd
