Oh dat Ginni. She is such a comedian. In the age of social media (remember CAMSS) she wonders why top notch talent passes IBM by. Could it be their parents/uncles/aunts/family members who have been hosed by IBM’s get rid of the old guys saying “pass”. NAAH. I guess that age discrimination stink is really hard to wash off. You k–led the company Ginni and until you make amends your ex and future employees will not forgive you, or trust you. It’s just basic human nature

Obviously Ginni the Eagle is planning major layoffs... seems like the only thing she does is finding ways to justify these layoffs.

But ibm has an algorithm that is 90-something percent accurate at predicting attrition... seems like more smoke and mirrors to me.

Any IBM exec talking workforce is a total BS move. They cover their a$$, protect their own and throw everyone else under the bus. No accountability, no credibility and absolutely no consideration for the actual working staff
