Still waiting for a WFR in Australia or an adequate 5% pay rise across the board in lieu of all my productivity improvements pocketed by Management. #IseeDXC

I know many DXC'ers in Australia waiting to be WFR'd but when are their numbers up? If New Mikey can't give a flat 5% across the board pay rise then pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssseeeeee WFR more people.

There will be more redundancies before March, lists being drawn up. Regional CEO has rejected VR as he knows that there will be a rush for the door from senior and experienced staff. Lots of rumors re reorganization and whether CEO will remain in his role.

IMO CEO needs to go, he is a long term Lawrie pet and is now trying to reflect Salvino saying customers and staff are important. This is a man happy to shout and use 4 letter words in All-Hands Town Hall meetings. Personally, I would have someone check the accounting and executive expenses in ANZ particularly corporate donations to community groups. Whilst staff are being cut the SLT has no trouble living the high life on very thin/non-existent business justification (e.g. flying to NY for a 1 hour meeting and a show and shopping of course). But that's another story.

In my area the managers have kept a list of who have put their hand up. It is better for morale if people who want to go get the package rather than have it forced on someone.

Probably good if you get the boot, that way you'll get a kick and a 30% pay rise in another company. The future is always bright when you work for a bottom of the league company the only way is up.
