Retail has been over extended for years and many are not adapting. Retail sales are worse than flipping burgers most of the time and pressure put on you. Companies like best buy figured out how to grow omnichannel and saved themselves. Anyone not doing that is going away. Most of the retail opening now are your discount or Ross style stores. Go back to school and get training in a field that can never go away.

Are they closing the downtown Cincinnati corporate office?
Expect another 15% of current FTE corporate tech jobs to be outsourced. Lorain will be closed by the end of Q3. What’s left of SF, if anything, will be a shell of itself. Downtown Cincinnati office will be sold, and jobs moved to P2. Plenty more stores to close.
