You got to wonder how the hell did they get put in that position! Their hours s— is the only reason I never went into management the GM cannot see everything I get it but watch your team because you have some sitting around playing Candy crush others driving a forklift watching the football game and then you have others that are working their a– off because you're watching them literally. Leave associates alone that are doing their job and others to that fact get on the ones that aren't I have never once said I hated this company but it's not the company it's people running the club. We need some undercover associates that report to the higher up time to clean house LOL I'm just venting and putting down what I feel that's all

This is so true! There is times where I want to pull my hair out but once again I'm only an hour early. I work earn my paycheck and I go home and I try not let all that I see get to me when it's all said and done I do it for my familyl and the members everything else, karma will take over.
YES!!!! This is SO true!!! Blatant discrimination going on in our Club.Harassment of certain hard working associates while others get away with doing as little as possible!!
Do not worry next week some of them will not be here anymore.
