Spring either broke or flew out from truck and hit employee in the head, cracked his skull.
Injuries go up the headcount will go down! Trust me on this. You may have a change in management first but the next one will not be as cooperative.
They keeping it in the down low and furloughs are about to take place for punishment despite what the management team says. Two major injuries then a furlough notice that will take place within two weeks yeah ok thats our punishment for injuries. Unconfirmed but employee almost died when working on locomotive. Severe head trauma
