Do you think if I asked my General Manager to have a meeting with him, two other managers, and two team leaders all at once, are they required to let me? Really want to ask them about my team leaders responsibility and ask them to write down 5 things

Midlevel management are bullies without supervision...you know, the manager over team leads. When a person becomes employed, they have to kiss a– for 90 days or be fired. J have witnessed new hires be intimidated.
“Open door” policy is really just an excuse to get rid of HR. If you actually want solutions just go to corporate.
Just shush-up and do your job. They do not want to hear your complaints nor do they have the time to sit and listen......which btw....they are not there to care.
My meat department team leader does nothing. We don't even see him for the 8 hours he is there. I've been doing the meat orders since he became our team leader. Never asks us how we're doing or if we need anything
Unless you have an actual documented grievance to discuss involving the four people you're referring to, don't bother wasting yours or anyone else's time. That sort of sh– will only come back to bite you in the a–.
When they bumped your pay to 18 an hour did you not understand there would be expectations that would be impossible to meet.
Good luck with any meeting. Sundown Rule, shmundown rule.....
In other words you are a manager but you don’t get to sit around and do nothing! just sayin
You can't open door a group meeting, but i would have you list what you are responsible for...and when you hand me the list i would embarrass you because I'm pretty sure supervising your supervisor wouldn't be on it.
They are responsible for layout changes, audits, oyi, ensuring processes are being completed on time, amp tasks and much more.
