Just wondering if anyone else has the problem of opening team leads being late? Putting everyone behind. Just wondering.

Late every day. Sometimes 20 minutes, even when they are the only ones dropping freight. They are there 8 minutes early to clock out though so I'm pretty sure they know how to tell time.
Look at it like this the company could give a sh–, it’s payroll they saving.
We have 2 long term leads at our club also and they are never late they are there waiting on us.
Our 2 are always late. Never gets held accountable tho....I guess this is the new " LEAD BY EXAMPLE ".
Yes we do/did. One was late almost 30 minutes. They are getting better,
We have 2 long term leads in the am, both are very punctual. They actually have to wait for the manager at times... frustrating I would think at 4am. I'm a pm lead both of us are early 99% of the time.
