Thread regarding CVS layoffs

CVS stores and need for revenue

CVS is continuing to make tons of Profit and will for many years ahead. CVS stock is undervalued! Customer counts decline. Why? Service and weak promotions/ high prices ( laser focus on GM% ) . Corporate needs a merchant in RI. Hire from Target or Walmart. Add hours to stores. Reduce heads in Corporate. Fix Distribution centers. Hire a new Ops President and Marketing leader. Watch customers come back.

If your a shift or manager, you can check to see how much your store is making off your hard work. I would not suggest looking because it will make you sad. You will wonder why they cannot afford to pay you anymore because of all the money they make.

I left after 17 years . Paid well and respected for 16 1/2 of those years . Self respect would not let me stay . Looked for years to find a new company before leaving , hating myself that I did not have the courage to just walk away from this hell called CVS front store until one day I was pushed to far . I found a new retail home and my self respect! If you want out just do it , you will find a better place

Retail customers are never coming back. CVS customers will continue to decline as our main base dies off.
