Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Moving desk to door.

We haven't moved yet and I was wondering how it works. We usually have two or three of us working the desk now (1 full time, 2 part timers for each block - of course part timers work hours fluctuate.) but I've heard there'll only be one of us at the desk when we move to the door. What do the others do? Being in so close of proximity to angry members, how are you handling that? Anything else?
Any info would be appreciated.

Only two associates at our desk. We do pick up, give breaks, go backs if there is floor associates not there. Major problem members are all around you even when cash drawer is open.i iPads might or not work.

Desk is already responsible for the door but not for helping carts. Ideally everyone helps everyone but carts is not a core function of Member Support, that’s for Member Assist.
