Having left GSS just when we all thought it couldn’t get worse, I have to say it appears to have. Leaders can lead or create toxic cultures. No surprise there was > 70% voluntary attrition. Based on 20+ up ranks to the comment I dare say others agree. Good luck to MasterCard.

No. Really enjoy some of these comments. Very insightful and validation of what I suspected from outside the GSS group.

Within my management group, there have been 4 that have "retired," yet all 4 have popped back up working for Konica Minolta.

Yep. Now at MasterCard. Good luck to them. Hope they have McAfee or who will fund her and get her interviews and cred?

No. They have no formal training for the function, no certifications showing knowledge, even no experience doing the work but think that because they are have a manager title that suddenly they know the space.

During a 30yr career at Xerox had a new manager about every other year ..Only two or three really understood the job. Most were average at best and were more into the internal politics of Xerox and could have cared less for their employees ..

My managers drank the koolaid of an egomaniac, driven by social media follows, unethical vendor promotion and weekly conference attendance. She’s gone but damage was severe and a few of those promoted remain standing and even possibly loyal. What will the new talent from Cary think when they encounter these remainders? Like a dysfunctional family, the cycle tends to continue with learned behaviors passed on.

My Xerox manager has a general idea of what I do. My HCL manager has no clue.

Yes, my manager does. First good manager I've ever had in this company. I wonder when he'll be fired for his constant push back against the rest of the company (Like enforcing CED).

My prior, no, and did not care.

I have to correct my managers all the time. They tell me I should be doing something a certain way. When I say they it’s a group of managers. Everything is a priority to them.

That is hilarious!!! My HCL manager thinks they are doing most work my area does, they are barely doing 40% and f'ing up most of it, they are in for a rude awakening when they get it all, good move Xerox, guatemala so far has 4 people doing what 2 of us do and once they get all work it will.most likely take 8 of them, it is comical at this point!
