In fairness, it is an old (1872) agreement that came as part of a merger. I always cheer when UP loses, but on this one they actually have a point, as much as I hate to admit it.
I still hope they lose in court regardless.
Yeah because it doesn't coincide with their business model. Brazos yard sits unfinished, many Texans have already been laid off, and the company just s—s. I hope they lose.
