Does this still exist? Associate of the month?? Although I know this is not the right site to post this it's the only one that seems to be anonymous but, is it really anonymous? People talk about morale at the club all the time although our GM I feel has his heart in the right place this would probably help people towards trying to achieve the recognition and do more

Yeah, I was chosen back in July or August but there was no bonus money, fji
have not had new partners of the month since nights came to days,,,with the night folks now being forced to work the butts off in front of everyone and who does the real work plainly to be seen they can no longer just give AOM to exclusively day folks...so it all stopped
So then what I'm thinking is it still exist but nobody is choosing to do it. I'm thinking they don't know how to enter it in the system so that they get the extra $25 for the extra hundred for associate of the year.
They stopped it at our club too.
It’s funny how they pick who’s gonna be the associates of the month in our club. Those associates are the one who’s always taking breaks and going outside smoking. And always talking to the managers but can’t get anything done...

I agree with you about that position I think it was very well needed delete that we have now at our club don't even know how to maneuver on the wire to give you the answers that you need not all but some
They did away with it at our club, about the same time the lady who worked in the personnel office was let go.
I still think they made a mistake in doing away with that position.
