All, if you got BE do NOT sign off your PMP. Something is pending on this with a group of employees that have got together. DO NOT sign off.

I really would like to know what departments get bonuses because I am obviously in the wrong one.

As a manager forced to rank someone BE I can tell you that BEs still receive a bonus as well as laid off employees.
You do not have to sign it. If you get BE you will not get a bonus. Either way are people prepared to be mentally abused and messed about over a cash bonus that is immaterial?? Maybe thats the exact problem at the company......

People are getting are getting bonuses. How are people getting bonuses if they are getting let go? Sorry but that seems wrong.
You have to sign it.
Thats the only way you will get the bonus in FEB.
