How many times must one post the same article in different threads?
There's a few theories about how this will go. With all the negative attention the UP has gotten this last year, it's going to have some effect on the decision. The Brazos yard project is one of them. That's in line with the workforce reductions, location closings, general operational issues. If they get a judge that's tough to persuade, then the odds are not so good. The Texas judges are hard asses. They won't put up with nonsense. They don't care who you are and absolutely will uphold the law.
