For everyone SRD with COBRA who participated in open enrollment. Check your benefits you may find you are not covered for December but are covered starting 1-1-20. Also end date of COBRA coverage incorrect. Happened to several people, so verify yours

Did you expect the NEW HR to do their job with accuracy and professionalism? Its all about out with the old and in with "Fresh Ideas" now. How many experienced HR folks have we lost since 2018? Only youth (inexperience) and frankly incompetence remains. Luckily we have these "Fresh Ideas" now in HR as well as most FOMOCO departments.
