If it is not at least 4 years of pay for each month of service, no cap, then I will wait it out.

I don't know what a double EEIP is but one of our older guys who is 60 got double the monthly payout for the first 24 payments.
February 2023 sounds just about perfect to me. I'm sure it's not true, but it would be perfect. I heard they were going to be hiring in NY, so hopefully there will be something before the end of the contract.....then we can go and let the new guys take over.
Not that I believe this, but what exactly is the double eipp? I know of the ipp, the eipp, and the special or super ipp, but never the double eipp.

January 19th it will be offered only to Jersey. NY will be hiring, not letting anyone else leave until 2023.
