Anyone taking the offer? For me $20,000 after taxes isn’t gonna cut it. I’ll ride it out a few more years maybe get another offer in the future.

this offer was an insult. im hearing very few takers.
I'm not leaving with 29 years but I know a few techs with over 30 years and they are around 60, few of them put in. Seems like every 3 years for an offer is the magic number.
Same here I'll stay a couple of more years
This "incentive package" is only getting the ones that were leaving anyway.
