Yes 2009 on a Tuesday. So tomorrow is it. I was told the local chairman get a heads up before they do.
It's the 3rd always first tuesday of the month.
My opinion is that no more layoffs till the week before Christmas that's how companies like this operate
They always announce on Tuesdays they did as much back in 2009 as well.
