I am extremely embarrassed and disappointed to have worked for XBS. I am a former ComDoc employee. We were constantly told ever since I was hired in 2017 that we were outperforming all the other cores and we were slated to get a brand new building in 2019. The HCL news came and morale at the company completely crashed. I find it highly amusing that XBS thinks they can take over 100 years of combined experience from my former department workers and condense that to a 5 week training course to people who have little to no experience in the industry. I would've asked XBS to maybe reconsider their strategy but they were too busy rewarding themselves for laying off excellent workers. XBS is a disgraceful employer that should be avoided at all costs. It is no wonder they have a horrible reputation nationwide. Will they learn a lesson once sales and customer service start to suffer because they've outsourced jobs to people who don't know the industry? Nope! They couldn't care any less about employee morale. Their pockets are fully lined now and my former co workers are in a position where they might not even find work after ComDoc is gone. Great job XBS!!!!!

I'm embarrassed to work for HCL. With the whole leaking documents, then when they try and write processes that make no sense and especially when they send reports to Xerox with their results and status of the projects and all the data is completely wrong and when they are questioned on it are unable to explain it because they have no understanding of the roles they are doing.

Exactly... people who are embarrassed or complaining, need to leave. Take your life into your own hands and stop blaming others for your misery. Corporations and even small companies for that matter do not owe you anything but your paycheck, Anything else is a icing on the cake. If you feel you aren't being paid what you're worth, why do you feel that way? Do you have a job offer that is much more money? Then why don't you just take it? Either way, STOP COMPLAINING.

Everybody has their reasons, valid for their situation, for staying on despite how they feel about x. One team.

I never worry about what is happening several layers above me. I can focus on what I can contribute to innovation, and what my team is building. Usually the higher level management c-ap doesn't impact me a whole lot, so I do the best I can with the resources I have. If I wasn't happy with compensation or didn't feel I was being paid a competitive wage, I wouldn't be here.

If you aren't proud, you really have to ask yourself why are you at Xerox? Find another job, where you can work on something that you are proud of, causes you less grief and stress, and this removes a disgruntled employee from the payroll at Xerox which isn't good for anybody.

I can be proud even if I have concerns with the directions and business decisions being made. I can continue to use my skills to build better products until they show me the door. If they do show me the door, there are many other doors just waiting for me, I have 0 concerns with finding a new position paying competitive salaries, though I would lose vacation in almost all cases.

I’m not embarrassed. For the majority of my tenure it was a good company. I worked hard and did a good job. I’m not responsible for what Icahn has done to it.

Why would you continue to work for a company you aren't happy to work for?

I was layed off August 2018. I was embarrassed to be working for XRX before that, was looking but as most know the “booming economy” only applies to low wage jobs. Since then so much has happened that I am embarrassed to even say I worked for them-because it’s becoming known in public what a circus it has become under Iconian rule.
