Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Are they tracking mobile phones?

With all threads around tracking employee activity, are they even tracking mobile phones? What apps, calls, mobile browsing habits?

Its part of the transformation of Fiserv into First Data. The original Fiserv people will be leaving while the original First Data folks will be taking over. The company won't tank because FB won't allow that to happen on his watch. He will do whatever it takes to prove his legitimacy as a corporate leader.

Well, it sounds like Fiserv will be losing more and more people in 2020 as the dump senior executives make decisions to motivate people to look for a new company to work for. This is going to be comical to watch this company implode from the insides out, and I would venture to guess a few people rage quit.

Don't fret, the tracking will happen with a company issued phone too, its actually easier with a company owned device since it is considered company property. The different was, when I had a FD issued device, I could turn it off or leave it at home when I was out. With the 'bring your own device' policy I am forced to allow tracking/contacting of me at all times on my personal phone OR pay for a second phone just to get away from work.
I expect Fiserv will implement that same byod policy that First Data has had for several years. There is significant cost savings to the company and this was one of FB's great ideas so he'll want to bring that to Fiserv. Oh, another great idea he had was byod Laptop. Fortunately we haven't implemented it and we may never, but he thought everyone should use their personal laptop for work. That way the company didn't have to purchase up to date computers LMAO!!!

First Data implemented Sapience for keyboard monitoring. Badge swipes were matched to Sapience and to PTO usage and more... Phones were monitored with location and other data known. The data was used to score people and then for rank and yank.

The tell will be when FISV phones get taken back and the new "plan" is to use personal phones with that software loaded.

Agree - there are posts here of First Data tracking protocols and it is as comprehensive and invasive as it can be. None of this good for Fiserv which is entering the dark side of the force.
