Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

Legal Dept.

A few years ago, the Legal Department was being investigated for ignoring complaints of favoritism and harassment...it’s a fact...I’ve been told that outside legal investigators were brought in and recommended big changes to the Department.

Did anybody lose their job?

Well, it could be worse, you could go back to the old days when the Land Baron of Long Beach used HR as his own personal gestapo of which he put his neighbor and former motorcycle salesman friend in charge of. As for legal and the board, that dude needs to stop spreading lies on behalf of the incompetent and unethical bros.

Well that’s two bad surveys now! Two out of 20k, not too bad. Looks like we still have a 99.9% happy rate. As our leader tells you- keep up the good work and get back to caid and care!

HR has been complicit in covering up employee complaints for years - so what's new? Harassment runs rampant and there is no resolution except to either shut up and wait to be fired or quit.. F— Molina Healthcare. May the executives rot in a special ring of hell made just for their greedy asses..

It is true...in fact, the big guy was going to take disciplinary action..he told a Board member about it, who in turn told the folks in Legal. That brought about the firing of our two leaders.

The legal department got the Board members together over that weekend. It wasn’t about “financial performance” like they told Wall Street...if you don’t believe me, go back and check. The Company actually made a profit (beat expectations) the quarter our leaders got fired.

This was simply Legal and outside Board members covering up bad behavior. And why would the Board support this, you ask?

Because the Chairman (at least he was until they fired him) told the Board they needed to adjust their pay downward and replace a few of them.

The Board made decisions based on their own pocketbook and to cover up harassers! This is the leadership...took the brothers by surprise.
