Like I said, there are many variables for severance pay, it did not appear to be a group thing - though a couple areas were excluded. It is also regulated by some state laws, so it depends on where you live. While working for the company you could find it easily on the HUB - I looked it up for myself this week out of curiosity (and concern). There is a whole document regarding who, when and how much.

Licensed Behavioral health clinicians get severance
Why don't some people qualify for severance if they have good performance and tenure? Anyone else not get severance?
Someone else laid off said January? Severance pay depends on many things, position in the company, years worked and level. Not everyone qualifies.
Which group got severance? None was offered to me?
