Claims and customer service and IT will all go offshore. This means other countries will have access to your personal health information and will be granted freedom to approve or deny your claim. Way to go Optum to give away power to other countries for our healthcare. We have cost cutters at the top yes but they sure aren’t smart

I posted that Two months ago after I got hacked by the OGS wave I am still out of work.
Try and find an IT Job what a Joke they want a bachelors degree and want to pay 16 dollars an hour no benefits, The Job I was able to get was not even in IT I had to fall back on an old Career Field and it s—s as well less pay want me to manage the world and get this not eligible for benefits until 60 days is up, Our country s—s The people who run our government do not have a clue what is happening to the american work force all they care about is spinning in circles raising taxes and trying to cover up all their illegal c-ap they have done over their careers what a shame we are all headed into the dumpster don't worry though 7-11 has good sandwiches and they have to toss them at the end of the day.

From two months ago this was posted on another thred , very interesting they say all US jobs will be gone soon:
“It is now folks everyday a new group new department everyone State side in both Optum and UHC especially technology will be let go and overseas OGS will take your Job and be managed by someone here remotely employed in Minnesota. That is the new business model. No US based full time employees, the company does not want to pay your wages nor your benefits they think the peanuts can do your job. If you doubt it do yourself a favor go directly to your manager or director and ask them if they say its not true get it in writing they will not do it, that was my mistake I asked my director if it was true and he said no and lied to me directly however I FD up and did not get it in writing got a message transcript though.

Probably why I get at least 5 calls and texts a day saying my cars extended warranty is up or my social security number has been stolen or I've won 500,000 dollars. Usually from someone named Bob or Jim with a foreign accent.
Why do you think there have been layoffs? It’s to cover them losing accounts and attempts to keep stocks appearing fine and appearing that the company is strong but it’s not and hasn’t been all year 2019. People are now finding out we are giving all our health data and PHI to other countries by going offshore. Jan 2020 business is significantly less than prior years and yet they try desperately to keep the public thinking they are doing well if their stocks are high, but it’s smoke and mirrors that they can only hide whats really happening for so long...
