I just joined OI/OC about 4 months ago from OT/EIS. I have been in the company 5yrs and cannot believe how much worse the mistrust for upper management has grown over the last 2-3 years. And yet upper management always rails at everyone when their "Vital Signs" scores for trust hit rock bottom. Folks won't kow-tow to upper management anymore - the lack of trust and self preservation mode is growing more common.
Any updates?
Not sure of exact impact but OA was also affected with me being one. Love how hush-hush it is. We have no idea how many people or the segments. So much for transparency.
